RibFest “Trifecta” 2025 (Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Chicken) – Ellendale Days

If you or someone you know would like to enter at RibFest, please fill out the form linked below and enclose the corresponding fee amount.
Competitors are to provide their own ribs, pork shoulder and/or chicken, supplies, etc. Please bring your own tables, chairs, canopy, grill, extension cords, etc. Electricity may be provided. Competitors may begin setup as early as 7:00pm the night before Ellendale Days (Sept. 12) in order to begin cooking/selling at 11:00am.
