(THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS AND TO NEGOTIATE OR CONTRACT WITH ANY PERSON OR ANY ENTITY)
Proposals shall anticipate no garbage collection from the Applied Digital facilities, which are excluded from the garbage collection services of the city. Proposals shall include at a minimum, the following terms which must become terms of any negotiated contract and must be set forth in the submitted Proposal in a section entitled “Accepted Terms.” Any additions to the following terms must be set forth in a separate section entitled “Additions” and any refusal to accept any of the following terms or any part thereof, must be set forth in a separate section entitled “Objections.”
Proposals shall be submitted no later than the 6th day of November, 2026 at Noon for consideration by the Ellendale City Council.
