Responsibilities include: supervising the grounds crew, operating, maintenance and repairs on all mowers, mix and apply fertilizers and chemicals, pruning and trimming trees, operating and maintaining irrigation system which includes PVC pipe repairs and repairing sprinkler heads, maintain and repair landscaping.
