In continuing with an Ellendale tradition, we are inviting all children ages 5 and 6 to participate in the 2021 Little Mr. and Miss Ellendale contest.
What does this all entail? It kicks off with a picnic at CBS Restaurant at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 9th. The kids will enjoy a free meal, as well as play a few games.
Judges will observe the children, and score them based on personality, kindness and participation. The event is truly a fun evening for all involved!
Friday evening’s event will wrap up around 7 p.m., but the fun doesn’t stop there! All of the children involved are requested to attend the Applefest Parade Saturday at noon, and will be riding in the Little Mr. and Miss Ellendale float. Please have your child to the float by 11:45am on Ball Park Rd. More detailed information will be handed out Friday evening.
The crowning of the new Little Mr. and Miss Ellendale will take place directly following the parade on Main Street at 1:00 pm.
